No, it will not. When you insert the 3.5mm cable jack into the headphone output socket in the TV, it mutes the speakers and there is so way to change this in the TV's Settings.

As a tip, you can also use the Roku Mobile App to for private listening simply by connecting your headphones to your phone. We hope this helps!
