• Hi Ace1, the Roku platform does not provide or support a native web browser on any Roku OS device. However, you can use the screen casting feature to mirror or extend your phone or laptop display. Happy Streaming!

• No. It does not support WEB surfing. You could of course, us it as a external monitor for a laptop connected via an HDMI cable.
