“Can a Universal Remote be programmed to this TV to control live local TV?”

• It looks like the DirecTV Universal Remote is incompatible with the 55" Plus Series 4k QLED TV major control functions (on-off/volume control, etc.)... perhaps incompatible with all ROKU TVs... A probable major ROKU design flaw I think. Other 2023 Smart TV test OK in Directv Remote compatibility tested TCL, Toshiba, and Insignia OK for Directv Universal Remote compatibility. I would appreciate a certified ROKU technical expert comment... respectfully, NO opinion from non-techie users needed or wanted. Thank you.
