• Roku does NOT charge for their service. If you get billed it is for premium services you add. I have had Rokus for about 20 years and have NEVER had any charges.

• Yes - Roku has an xfinity app with live tv and streaming. No extra cost (except for your cable bill)

• Yes. You will have to purchase some channels like Disney,Paramount, etc. They do have free channels plus live tv from Roku that has a lot of free channels.

• Yes. You will have to register with Roku which is only $7 per month. I am not a tech wizard but I figured this out quickly. All you need is internet.
