“How would this tv work if used outdoors? It would be underneath a large overhang as protection”

It'll work just fine as long as it doesn't get wet. Non-outdoor rated tv's may break sooner than if indoors but compared to outdoor rated tv prices 3K-5K for the same size, I'll just replace it every 2-3 years and still save money. Just get a warranty.

Please try again later.Hello Newmotorgb, This model is not made to be placed outside although it will work for sometime being covered, eventually moisture will affect the TV and this isn’t covered in the warranty. You could buy a protective cover or take it inside and not leave it outdoors but there’s still a risk of damage both ways.
