A:Answer Yes, I recently had on while still with at&t and it worked as advertised. But! And it's a big one. I signed up with at&t and had EarthLink service for much less $. Our Comcast bill was almost $250 at the time and that's why I tried EarhLink to save $.
After less than a week of bad, slow spotty service and called Comcast. But before I did I called an old friend who had recently retired from his job of regional head service field coordinator. He laughed then said to retain the xfi streaming service and that I would be able to watch anything that I wanted to and knowing that I only watch 2 live news stations, fox & MSNBC that I would have to either get cable boxes and hookup that way if I wanted to watch it live at a cost of $220 a month but, and it's a big one.
Now l can stream MSNBC if I wait about 10 minutes to get it. It's not live but it i now pay less than $110 a month and that includes xfi, Amazon fire stick, Paramount Plus and a couple of other subscriptions and will allow me to replace our bedroom unit with a be Roku 43 in inch. Kudos to Roku and especially to Best Buy for selling them. It's so easy that a chimp can do it
Haul yourself to your Best Buy mobile app and get sum. As far as the Xfinity WiFi modem it kicks tail, butt without a repeater unlike the at&t unit. I can get it in my truck over 2 long blocks away.
Soooo, did you really read this?
