Xfinity streaming app is included or not null

If you have an Xfinity account, you can activate the app. Just enter your user name and password. You will then need to enter a code obtained from your phone or computer. We find an occasional glitch but it works fine with Roku Express.

Yes it has the Xfinity and Apple TV App.
