• Yes you need WiFi to connect the Roku to the internet. You can have either your cable company give you a router(with a monthly rental fee) or go to Best Buy to buy one.

• It needs internet . It depends on if you have a smart tv. With a smart tv no . But otherwise yes if your tv isn’t hooked to Your internet. Best would be to hook your tv to the internet via cable or Ethernet what ever service you have currently. Then your fire stick will grab it through your tv . So the answer is no . If you don’t know , look it up on YouTube.
