• You can purchase just the Roku remote. Or, Install the Roku app on your phone and use your phone as a remote. I have 3 remotes and they work on all the TVs.

• You should be able to get a replacement remote through Roku. But you might just as well get a new system, considering the cost of the remote might be about as much as a new system anyway. But I would check with Roku first.
