• Few differences are: The remote: remote with the Streaming Stick, Ultra has voice prompts and point anywhere (so you don't have to point at the Roku when pressing buttons), whereas the Express and Premiere's remotes have no voice button and is a RF remote (so you have to point toward the Roku); Another difference is the wireless range and antenna, where at the Streaming Stick+ and Ultra has AC bands on the antenna, and Express/Premiere does not; which will affect the streaming performance and buffering
