I think you will need a subscription to view channels that require that on roku. I could be wrong.

Please try again later.I know that you cannot view a channel on Roku unless the channel is either in your cable subscription or you sign up for that channels streaming service. Don’t know about DIY channel but we did get STARZ streaming for a few months to follow one of our favorite programs. We had to pay for that service. Roku has free programming on its own channel as well. Go online to DIY website to see what streaming options they have.
