Yes, it is compatible but the Roku Express is only single band wireless so you may have issues with internet connectivity depending on where you locate your Roku. The remote is also very basic (no power on/off or volume controls). I would recommend the Roku streaming stick which is dual band wireless for better connectivity and has a better remote (power on/off, and volume controls).
