This is not hard to setup and it works great! I use the xfinity app which works great. There are also other services from different streaming suppliers. So good luck.

You just need to make sure your TV has an HDMI input. After you plug the device in, you have to set up a Roku account online, which again is pretty straightforward. As for your second question - do you have TCM via a cable subscription? If you don't, then I don't think you'll be able to access TCM on your Roku. However, there is an app for "The Criterion Collection," which includes many classic movies (although maybe a different library than TCM) which you can subscribe to independent of a cable subscription.
