One per tv. Fees are for subscribed services such as Netflix. No fees for the Roku services. Roku provides a significant amount of entertainment for free.

There is no fee for using Roku, there are subscription based apps that do have reoccurring fees such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX, Discovery +, and many more. If you pay for one subscription you will be able to access it on all Roku devices for one the one subscription. Roku does also have several free apps such as The Roku Channel there is free Live TV, free movies, TV shows, and Roku originals.
