“I have a 2013 Sharp Smart TV, can I use the Roku Express to download apps, or does it have to be a Roku Smart TV? Also is it easy to install? Thanks!”

• You can download apps to the Roku device itself, no special tv needed. It just plugs into any HDMI port and will show on that input for the tv. It is very easy to install, just a few steps.

• It is best to get a Roku box if you don’t have Roku already on your tv. It would be redundant.
