• The Roku will allow you to watch Hulu on your TV. However, you will need wi-fi for the Roku to access Hulu or any other app.

• Wifi is needed to use roku. It will make hulu work on the smart TV if you have a subscription to it. Vudu works fine with purchased movies that are downloaded. You have to subscribe for other features.
