Dumb question I want to ask can this get YouTube? null

Good question. I bought a ROKU device several years ago (ROKU-XD) and it was once able to access YouTube. But recently ROKU seems to have "upgraded" that capability out of this older model. The ROKU-XD can no longer access the Channel Selection app (upgrade required, and by 'upgrade' they mean 'buy a new one!') and this is apparently the only way to get YouTube working again.

Have you tried downloading the YouTube app?

Yes, Roku can run YouTube.
