Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That was my first question too when I was evaluating streaming vs. cable TV. The reality is Sling doesn’t offer Fox or CBS. You can get Fox and CBS All Access through Roku but won’t see Live TV. Haystacktv is pretty good for news from various local and national and international channels, you get that through Roku for free. It’ll be a series of very recent videos. I subscribed to Sling English programming and international programming but then unsubscribed from English because it wasn’t what I wanted. Then I got CBS All Access for $5.99 per month for the football games and some shows that I like, after a 7-day trial through Roku and independent from Sling. My advice is to make sure you use the heck out of Sling and Roku every day while you can during the free trial period. Roku is free but you pay for what you subscribe to (i.e. CBS All Access). One little trick with Sling is that you have to confirm and submit the subscription changes you make every time you make a change to your programming, and they never charged my card until the trial period was over, so you’re safe there. Good luck. I love it. I’m sure you will too, after the first couple of months! Be patient.
