• I suggest contacting Spectrum. There is a Spectrum app but it says that it’s available with cable or satellite, so internet provider may not be enough. I tried accessing the app after downloading it and it asked for my Spectrum username and password, so keep that in mind.

• Yes but you don't get all the channels you get on the cable box. Certain channels are blocked like ESPN.

• I don't think so. Local cable providers don't have apps on Roku.
