Can I use ear phones with this model Roku Premium? null

If you have Bluetooth headphones and the roku app on smartphone. I listen to the tv thru my Bluetooth hearing aids. So I’m sure it will connect to headphones

Although the remote control that comes with the Premiere does not support a headphone jack for private listening, you can take advantage of this feature by downloading the free Roku Mobile App and connecting your Bluetooth or wired headphones to your phone.
