• I would recommend that you talk to a Best Buy representative to determine which Roku would work for you.It can connect you to Hulu and many other streaming sites. I have had zero problems with mine.

• Absolutely. HULU is one of the streaming apps available on any Roku device. The only difference between the Premiere and the Ultimate (Ultra?) is the luxury features like voice control, etc... They aren't essential to doing what you want to do with it.
