We do not have a smart tv will this still work ? null

The Roku premiere did work on our non-smart but HD TV in 1080. It does not have the voice command on the remote. It was necessary to sign up with Roku codes and sign in to our cable provider to get channels. The cell phone was used for signing up with codes and may allow voice commands from the cell phone but we haven't tried that yet.

Lisa, yes as long as your TV has any HDMI Port it will work.
