• I know it works w android and IOS not sure about windows... I would think so as you can connect a PC to it.... Roku has a blog w a ton of information... I'd look there!

• It can be used with the windows operating system as kind as there is a usb port. It can not mirror windows 7. Most tablets with a USB port will be compatible. Most use the Roku app for phones.
