If you didn't get the "Go to Your Computer and enter Roko.com/sign up" and enter the FUGHEC or whatever that initial option says after you 1) plug into 110 power,21) make the Roku to USB connection and 3) accessed the TV's proper HDMI selection.... thats the first indicator your Roku hasn't sync'd up with your router. Unplug all ,wait a minute and reboot all till you get the "Go to Your Computer and enter...." message.
