• Any tv with hdmi! I use it on non-smart as well as smart tv (it offers a whole lot of channels to choose from, compared to my vizio smart tv)

• Just need HDMI. Don't need smart tv If tv has a USB you can power it from tv. If not comes with wall adapter too.
