Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have one TV that my Roku disconnects from ever couple of weeks. I think it is because of the age of the TV as I have already returned the Roku once and had the problem again and I don't have the problem on my other TVs. I found that I just have to reset the Roku stick. It has a reset button on the side and I also reset the remote at the same time.

They will also send you a free hdmi extension that is supposed to help with marginal wi-fi reception. It did not do much for me, but my wi fi results in acceptable coverage and streaming after I got the Roku set up.
