Yes and you will save the fee they charge for having a spectrum box. I use roku on all my TV. I have a Samsung, LG, and Vizio TVs. I don't know if it's the TVs processor over worked or the streaming app on it but sometimes it may have a lag. I don't have that issues with roku and it's easier to navigate.
