• No you really don't. My Roku stick comes with a wall plug in but you really don't need it as it gets the power from the HDMI port. Your TV will have to have an empty HDMI port for the Roku stick to plug into.

• Hello Pathunter, There should be a USB port on the back of your TV to power the Roku Device. Your computer is not needed.

• I’m not sure why you need your computer connected to the Roku. It streams from your modem. It connects to the ports on your TV
