• Hi, Steve! Yes, you can use your computer monitor, in order to use a Roku streaming device with a monitor, it must have have internal speakers or a headphone input, as well as an HDMI input

• Yes If it has speakers or an audio out connection. If it doesn’t then you would need an HDMI in to HDMI out + audio out splitter.

• I would think you’d have a picture , but you’d have no sound unless your monitor had speakers.
