If doesn’t help, Try turning TV off, unplugging TV, unplugging your modem and router. Then plug TV back in, plug modem and router back in watch few minutes. Turn Tv on with Roku remote. See if things are any better?

Because electronic items get updated frequently and as a result things that are 4 years old may not work as well because they don't have the capabilities to hook into the update. I bought my new Roku stick about a month ago and I love it. It's a basic one for $39 and I get everything I need
