• The Roku Remote works with it and it can be purchased online and at most major retailers.

• Yes. In the US, I know that Best Buy, Amazon, and likely Walmart stock this. Sometimes, it is a warehouse only item. You just have go through a pairing procedure with the new remote. Roku has good instructions, but you usually just need to hold the button in the battery compartment to start a pairing procedure. It quite similar to earbud pairing process on your phone.
