• Hello Ker, the Roku Streaming Stick 4K will work with your Samsung TV. Roku also has no monthly subscription, other companies may have subscriptions such as Netflix but are not required.

• If your TV has an HDMI plugin then yes it will work on any TV that does support HDMI. The device is yours after you buy it no monthly fee for it.

• It will work great as long as you have an open HDMI port. Roku is the "smart" of smart tv. All you need is the HDMI port to plug it into.
