You would need either one ultra for each tv, or a splitter if you want to watch the same programming on multiple TV's

There are some models like the Streaming Stick+ that are more portable than the Ultra. These could be shared between TVs if a TV isn't used that often. Otherwise it is best to have one Roku per TV. All Roku models get the same content, from the $29 Express to the $99 Ultra.
