• I have an older Harmony 650 remote that this Roku will work with. So, chances are, you are good.

• Hi Alan! Yes, the Harmony Hub Based Remotes will work with your Roku Ultra. The reason is that it's WiFi capable, which is how Roku's factory remote controls the device.
