• Yes. HBO Max is on Roku. Go to the home screen and click the "Add Channels" button if it is not already loaded.

• Yes it does let you use HBO Max and all the other channels. Starz, Showtime Anywhere is a few examples that I have setup on my Ultra. So easy to use but I don't like the mute on the side of the remote. I keep hitting it whenever I pick it up and mute my system. Other than that it is really a nice device.
