“Does Roku Ultra have a repeat/loop feature when playing videos from a USB device? If you play videofiles from a USB, can you repeat a file on a loop? Or can several files located in one folder be looped? I can’t find a manual online to check this.”

That actually depends on the app used to play the content. There are several, but not all may have the features you seek.
