I recently purchased Roxio's Easy CD and DVD Burning 2. I'm using Win 10 64 Bit with ample Ram. My purpose of purchasing the software was to convert MP4 video to DVD, for the purpose of watching them on a stand-alone home DVD player. This software is trash. I have dealt with support, the Roxio Forums, and any number of other sources to find out what's going on. After multiple attempts to get the video conversion to open, I gave up. That section will open, run for about 5 seconds and closes automatically. Nothing changes that sequence. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it (8X) as instructed by support to no avail. The last attempt totally crashed my system and required the equivalent of brain surgery to get my system to even function again. Looking into this issue has provided me with the information I wish I had gotten before purchasing it. One complaint after another, not just my problem, but a multitude of them. What's the major malfunction, Roxio? Your once stellar software suite has turned into crap. Never again. You owe me money...
