• Greg, yes you can laminate small cards with this machine if you have the correct pouch film sizes. We recommend that you check out our website for various pouch film sizes that can fit insurance cards, social security cards etc. Specifically the model RF05CRDT0100 would work best for your needs. • Yes. I just cut strips and put it through the laminator. I usually do more than one small card at a time so I'm not wasting sheets.
