QuestionCan you laminate small cards (like insurance cards, social security cards, etc) with this machine?

- Answer Greg, yes you can laminate small cards with this machine if you have the correct pouch film sizes. We recommend that you check out our website for various pouch film sizes that can fit insurance cards, social security cards etc. Specifically the model RF05CRDT0100 would work best for your needs. QuestionWould this laminator be okay for just laminating regular documents(8.5 by 11 in.), like for school? If so would I just purchase this with the Royal Sovereign Laminating Pouches or would any other pouches work(Like a basic laminating pouch(9 by 11.5 in.)?

- Answer I use mine at work. It works great. I used the Staples brand pouches so I believe anything should work.

QuestionHi.Mine has melted plastic stuck in the rollers. It has to be taken apart. I removed the 7 screws. It comes apart all the way around except for 1 inch section by the hot/cool switch. Can't pry it apart for nothing! Plz help. I only used few times. Thanks!

- Answer I figured it out.. There was an 8th screw under a sticker close to the switches! Took some harding pulling to get the plastic out but it's working now.
