“Hi.Mine has melted plastic stuck in the rollers. It has to be taken apart. I removed the 7 screws. It comes apart all the way around except for 1 inch section by the hot/cool switch. Can't pry it apart for nothing! Plz help. I only used few times. Thanks!”

I figured it out.. There was an 8th screw under a sticker close to the switches! Took some harding pulling to get the plastic out but it's working now.
