• No. But it does a good job of cleaning. I prefer to use a steam cleaner for sanitizing anyways and really hot water could wash out colors.

• No, it does not. It does have a rotating brush that helps.

• No it doesn’t heat the water. They advise you to add hot water when you go to use it. Works just fine!
