Kinda yes and no. This has only a line level RCA input. So you'd need a mic preamp. Since virtually no mic preamp has RCA outputs, you'd need one with 1/4" TRS outputs, (which most have), and then a 1/4" bal-to-RCA unbal cable. Which is an off the shelf item at any pro-audio store.
