As a complete novice at flying drones I can attest to the sturdiness of the Tello Iron Man drone. I crashed into walls, lights, and chandeliers with no damage to the drone. Granted none were at high speed. I did order spare propellers and batteries though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Tello quad-copter does not appear to be constructed from the same materials as the Protocol Drone but since I do not own one, I am not positive. They are both plastic bodies but their polymer density may be different. These are two different drones. The Tello has safety features that the Protocol drone does not to prevent damage during flight and assist in landing. I would look deeper into the features and decide which one best suits your skill level and requirements.
