• Yes there are cut outs on the top right side for access to the volume buttons as well as cut outs in the proper place for all other ports for the tablet.

• Never had a I-pad...A present. Thought the better of it to protect both the glass and entire unit... Wanted a stylish cover that would hold the I-pen also. I have no problem accessing them... Could not be more pleased ! Love it....
