Okay, people here seem a bit dumb. How could this possibly fit the newer Quite Comfort 2, when the case is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT shape? Still, I am confused whether this is an entire case / holder or just a $30 piece of rubbery silicone?

Yes, however you will have to remove the bottom for wireless charging.
