“Hello! I bought the mic, but when I plug the USB into the computer to use it for meetings, people can hear me, but I can't hear them. Is there some setting I need to change? I followed all instructions and cannot figure it out! Thanks!”

It probably changed your default output device to the microphone's headphone jack. Connect your headphones to the mic itself, or change the default device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think I may have had the same issue. I am on a Mac and in my system preferences there is a "sound" category. In there, I can choose input and output. The mic would be considered an input device. My computer speakers are output. If you have similar settings on your computer make sure that your output is set to your computer speakers. Hope that helps.
