“I just bought this microwave and read the manual cover to cover and no mention of the two pieces that look like a grill and a browning plate - so how do I use these pieces and when (I get the grilling part, but what is the other piece?) Thanks.”

I believe that the manual indicated to put the browning plate on the glass plate and put the grill on top. Supposedly the browning plate is supposed to brown the bottom of the food. So far I tried it once and it didn't seem to work. I'll try again.
