“Does this recirculate the air or vent out a wall or ceiling?”

• You can do it either way. I didn't use the ceiling vent , the set up I used it just blows it out of the top. It gives you the items for either set up

• It can do both. You choose and to recirculate you must turn the motor (simple process).
