  • QuestionDo you have to have a vent to outside ? Do most microwaves require vent ?

    • Answer We do not have a vent to outside. The fan on this model works better than our old microwave. With our old microwave, the smoke alarm would go off if something dripped in the oven even with the fan on. In the month since we have this new microwave our smoke alarm has not gone off even once.

  • QuestionMy overhead cabinet is only 10" deep, most vendors are now assuming 12" cabinets and setting cabinet bolts 10" away from wall. I can't do that. How far away from the wall are the cabinet bolts for this microwave? Or link to template?
