Q: QuestionIs there any setting/option that would allow the control pad to be back lit? It's very difficult to use the keypad in dim lighting.

• A:Answer There is no Back lit function for the key pad you can however replace the thirsty 50 watt halogen bulbs with the new LED version that only consume 2.5 watts each

Q: QuestionCan the timer run at the same time as the microwave is being used?My old Samsung microwave let us run the timer at the same time we used the microwave to heat something. I cannot seem to get this model to do that. Is that an option? How do I change the setting to allow this? Thanks!

• A:Answer It's designed to hang under a standard 12 in deep cabinet because it exhausts. There are microwaves specific to occupying a wall cabinet for a stove. Otherwise a good carpenter can rework the cabinet and cut down the doors.
